Hi, this is my Animoto on my journey around the Tamaki River. On the 5 of November 2013, the Senior school of Panmure Bridge School walked around the Tamaki River. This trip was to help us with our topic: Up The River. We took lots of pictures of rubbish and plants/ flowers. This is my Animoto on the fun activity Room 9 had with Miss Paton. We had to put a open bottle of coke centimetres away from a chair, than someone has to stand on the chair and drop a mentos aiming for the hole on the top of the bottle. The first person to drop a mentos into the hole was Kane who was grinning wildly. The minute that Kane dropped the mentos into the coke, the coke began to bubble and looked like it was boiling. Suddenly coke was spilling out like fireworks. It was very funny and amazing at the same time.

Howick Historical Village

Yesterday the senior school had an amazing day at the Howick Historical Village. We played with the olden day outdoor toys, the wooden toys and played a role in a school 100 years ago. I'd rather play the outside games from 100 years ago than today and be in the classroom of today than the classroom in the past. The toys are good to play with from 100 years ago but not good enough for the toys today.
