Dear, Miss Paton.

Can you believe that it has been two weeks since I have seen you. It has been a lot of fun, we played lots of games after lunch. We also work hard to finish our work. We have been learning about  Space, Easy Maths, Art and Woodwork. We have done so much  together. I have completed my Space Timeline. Do have look on my blog to see what it looks like. On Wednesday 29th August 2012  there was a Soccer Tournament. The year 7 students came first  equal  with  Glen  Lennes, and the year 5 and 6 students came 4th  and  5th  place.

We have been doing plays with  Mr Blackmore. The play Ruby group 2 is doing is called Mayhem On Mars. We are writing a report on something  that we chose from our Space Timeline. I chose Valentina Tereshkova, she was the first women to walk on the moon after Neil Armstrong. In woodwork  we are learning how to make  a pencil holders for Room 5 and the other class`s in the school . We really enjoy learning with Mr blackmore. Come back safely.

Your Best Student Forever,

Asmah.

  1. Hi Asmah,

Thanks so much for your email. I am glad you are having a great time with Mr Blackmore. It's amazing how fast time goes. At the moment I am in Nice- the French Riviera. Today I am heading to Florence Italy.
Nice is famous for the French Royal Family. France has it's own King. You might have heard of Princess Grace from Monaco, this is where she is from.

Today I am visiting a perfumery. I think it will be my favourite stop as I love perfume, I may buy some if it is properly sealed. The French are famous for making perfume. Today I am also visiting the Learning Tower of Piza a world famous building around the world.

From reading your email, I read you have woodwork. Where do you go for this? Who is your teacher?
I use to love woodwork at school. I remember making bookends as my first wood work project.

Well that's all of the news from me.

    Keep up the great learning.

    From Miss Paton
